My story

How this pet arrived: Sheldon was brought in by a community member Why Sheldon might be the one for you: Are you so NOT a morning person? Do you prefer sleeping in? If so, Sheldon is right there with you. He does not like to get up much before 10. He likes to take many naps a day but it is not because he is old, it is because he is not a morning dog. He's house and crate trained, which means he respects your space and understands the rules of living indoors. He's a social butterfly as he greets everyone and expects adoration and pets in return. At restaurants he is the star of the show and gets lots of attention which he loves because he wants to be in the center of the action. He is a true companion who thrives on connection and is incredibly affectionate. He has an endearing habit of bringing his foster's shoes, shirts, whatever to bed for comfort. It is really cute. Sheldon will want to be part of your life as you go about your daily activities. If you're looking for a well behaved dog who is friendly to any and all and does not like to get up early, Sheldon is your guy. Sheldon with his friendly temperament and love of people will make you a popular guy. If you are ready, Sheldon is ready. At SDHS: Sheldon has been vaccinated, microchipped, spayed neutered and is now ready for their new home! Primary Color: Red Secondary Color: White Weight: 49 Age: 1yrs 8mths 2wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sheldon, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
