Meet Izumi! Izumi is a young and shy cat who will need a patient and quiet home. She is currently happily in a foster home. Her foster has noted that in time, she warms up and is both affectionate and playful. She also wants a cat friend badly! We strongly recommend she go into another home with a cat.
