My story

Athena was recently returned to us after experiencing some litter box issues in the home, but she's ready for a new beginning with the right environment and plenty of love.In her previous home, Athena lived with another cat, which caused her a great deal of stress. Because of this, we believe a feline-free home would be ideal for her. Without the added stress, Athena has every opportunity to thrive.Despite the challenges, Athena was described as friendly, sweet, and affectionate-she loved curling up near her people and being close. Since returning to the shelter, she's been a bit confused by all the changes and is still adjusting. She lets out soft little grumbles as she figures things out, but day by day, her loving personality continues to shine through.
