My story

Meet Champ, a two year old ray of sunshine wrapped in fur. Surrendered through no fault of his own, this happy-go-lucky boy has a goofy charm that’s impossible not to love. Yes, he’s a little derpy, and yes, that’s exactly what makes him so special. At 45 pounds, he’s the perfect medium-sized bundle of kisses, cuddles, and unfiltered joy. Champ seems potty trained, adores affection, and lives to make his people laugh with his silly antics. Champ is bursting with energy and needs a home that will embrace his playful spirit while giving him the structure and love he craves. He may come out of the kennel with the zoomies, but give him a few minutes and he transforms into a sweet, affectionate gentleman. He’d thrive with someone who understands that dogs need exercise, attention, and care—not just space. Champ seems curious about other dogs, so bring yours by for a meet and greet.
