Liberty, Part 2: Slightly Less Skeptical Now Last time we posted Liberty, she looked like she’d just been told she had to star in a school play and she wasn’t the lead. She still looks that way. But now? We’re seeing progress. She's up. She’s wagging. She made eye contact for a full three seconds without judging us. She’s still 1 year old, 45 pounds, fully vetted, and good with friendly dogs—but now she’s cautiously optimistic. Like someone in Brown County trying to stream Netflix during a thunderstorm.
