Meet Adler! Say hello to Adler, a big-hearted, big-pawed sweetheart who’s still just a puppy—with lots of love to give and even more growing to do! Adler is the kind of pup who melts hearts wherever she goes. Gentle, affectionate, and always eager to please, she’s the perfect mix of playful energy and cuddly charm. Whether she’s romping around with toys or snuggling up for belly rubs, Adler is happiest when she’s with her people. As a growing pup, Adler is still learning the ropes and will benefit from adopters who are ready to continue her training with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. She’s a smart girl who’s excited to learn—and she’ll thrive in a home that can offer her structure, activity, and lots of love. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a sweet spirit and the potential to grow into your very best friend, Adler is ready to meet you. This cutie resides at our Wantagh location and meetings are by appointment only. If you are interested in meeting them, you must click "Apply for Adoption" to submit an online application. Once we receive your application, we will be in touch to schedule an appointment to meet them! Prior to adoption, all of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and given their age-appropriate vaccines. This dog is currently being treated for Bordetella (kennel cough), which is a treatable condition but makes them contagious to other dogs. Out of an abundance of caution, until they finish their treatment this dog should only be adopted to a home without any other dogs.
