My story

Scotch and Champagne are on the Buddy Program!Scotch is a big, beautiful orange tabby who came to the shelter with his long-time housemate and good friend Champagne. You can tell from his picture that Scotch is a little confused as to why he`s here. You certainly can`t blame him! It is obvious Scotch has been well cared for and given lots of wonderful meals over the years. This boy is 17 pounds! He`s been declawed from a young age, so he`s always been an indoor guy and needs to stay that way to keep him safe. His owners said that he`s affectionate, likes to be petted, is well-mannered and good with other cats. They also said he`s good with kids, but perhaps not little ones just yet. Scotch and Champagne will be adopted together, so adopting them both would double the comfort and joy to your home if that works for your lifestyle. Champagne is a full figured, lovely tuxedo girl, with big green/yellow eyes that seem to be asking for help. She came here with her long-time housemate and good friend Scotch. Sadly, their family had to move, and the family wisely chose to bring them both to us so we could help find their new forever homes. Champagne is not quite bubbly yet, since she`s confused as to why she`s in a new environment. It`s obvious she`s been well cared for, and she`s a very pretty girl that you just want to hug. Like Scotch, she`s been declawed from a young age, so she`s always been an indoor girl and needs to stay that way to keep her safe. Her owners said she is a little shy, and she may be that way until she gets to know you. She`s mellow and likes to be close. Perhaps in your lap? She`s good with other cats and kids. Champagne and Scotch will be adopted together. Adopting them both would double the comfort and joy to your home if that works for your lifestyle. Scotch and Champagne are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on core vaccines, declawed and have tested negative for Fiv/FeLV.
