My story

Morton might look like a dignified lion, but don’t be fooled—this fluffy gentleman is 70% fluff, 20% sass, and 10% squeaky toy enthusiast. At first, he might act like he doesn’t see you (classic Chow behavior, right?), but give him a minute, maybe a squeaky toy bribe, and boom—you’ve got yourself a new best friend. Morton is all about polite introductions and then slowly transforming into your goofy sidekick.He rocks a good “sit,” and is happy to be pet.. pretty much the whole fuzzy package. He lives for squeaky toys (we repeat: squeaky), and plays like a polite goofball and even plays nicely with other dogs once he gets a feel for the vibe. Morton pulls a little on leash, but hey, he`s got places to be (mostly back to his squeaky stash). He would do best in a home with kids 12+ who understand that behind that majestic mane is a sweet boy who just wants love, snacks, and squeaks.
