My story

Kira is a bright, affectionate young pup with a heart full of love for her people. She's incredibly smart and thrives on brain games and puzzles-she's always ready to show off her cleverness! Kira would love to be your one and only, soaking up all your attention and affection without any competition from other dogs. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will adore you endlessly and keep you on your toes with her smarts, Kira is your girl!To ensure success in my new home, I will go home with training sessions from one of the Roanoke Valley SPCA behavior partners, thanks to the Judith Goins Behavior Support Fund!I am spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm tested. Appointments can be made by calling 540-339-9247. Walk-in's will be offered for the next available appointment. Pets are adopted on a first-come-basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold pets nor guarantee a pet will be available at the time of your appointment, but we do promise to call you if a pet is adopted prior to your appointment.The Roanoke Valley SPCA has embraced Fear Free Shelters philosophy and are committed to giving each pet in our care a fear free experience while looking for their forever homes.
