My story

Hola! I’m Margarita — but you can call me Sweet Rita. 🌸🐾 My foster moms say I earned that nickname because I’m the calmest, chillest pup out of my four rambunctious siblings. I love to play, but I’m also the first one to find a soft, cozy cushion and curl up for a nap. Honestly, my crate might be my favorite spot in the whole world. It’s warm, comfy, and perfect for dreaming puppy dreams. I adore just about everyone I meet — kids, adults, and other dogs are all my friends. I have not met a cat yet, but I do love cat-naps, so who knows? Even though I enjoy lounging, I’m still a puppy and need my share of fun and learning. I’m working on my potty and leash skills, and with time, patience, and love, I know I’ll be a pro at living the good dog life. I love being part of the pack and going wherever you go. Headed to a patio to sip margaritas? I’m in. Picking up the kids from school? I’ll be in the car before you. Going to Petco for a new toy? Let’s go! If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle girl who can snooze the day away one minute and run zoomies around the park the next, I’m your girl. Can’t wait to love on you, Sweet Rita 💕
