My story

***The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org*** Meet Miss Brie!  This chubby little schnauzer mix is pretty calm for only being about 18 months old.  She is content in hanging out and waiting for some attention but she is super affectionate when loved on.  She gets along fine with other dogs but would be ok as a solo dog as well. We would be able to cat test her if that is something an applicant would like to know.  Brie could use to lose a few pounds so if you are considering adopting her keep in mind she will need to be on a high quality food and in a monitored amount along with some increased physical activity to help her shed the pounds. When she came in she was in pretty awful condition with her fur all matted to the point she was unable to move around correctly.  After we shaved her all down she was much happier and loved to run around. Before applying, please make sure you are ok to keep up with her grooming needs which will be about every 6-8 weeks for hair cuts.   Brie is up to date on vaccinations, spayed and microchipped.  Her adoption fee is $300.00.  Are you ready to hang out with this pretty girl and go on her weight loss journey with her?July 8, 2025, 10:44 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Brie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
