My story

Buffy is a lovable 2.5-year-old American Bulldog on a mission to find her forever home! This sweet girl has a heart full of love and a personality to match. With her strong-willed nature, she thrives on cuddles, attention, and companionship. Buffy is looking for a couple who spends a lot of time at home and can shower her with the affection she craves. Buffy has an inspiring backstory; she was rescued from a breeder intent on turning her into a puppy mill. For the first 6-8 months of her life, she only knew the confines of a kennel. The positive side of this experience is that she is well kennel-trained, happily eating her meals and treats in her space. However, the downside is that she can become sad if left alone in her kennel for too long. While she gets along well with other dogs, Buffy would benefit from proper training and a confident alpha to guide her. She's incredibly smart and well-versed in commands like sit, stay, and lay down, with plenty of potential for more training! Buffy is eager to learn and can be a bit of a puller on the leash; however, she's very trainable and will sit and stop pulling when asked.
