My story

My name’s Winston. I’m 8 years old, and proudly scruffy in a “didn’t brush my hair but still cute” kind of way. I’ve had a tough time lately—my person passed away, and I’ve been figuring things out with my emotional support dog, Bo. (He doesn’t know he’s my emotional support dog. Or care. But that’s okay.)Here’s the thing: I love Bo. I really, really love him. I follow him everywhere. I sleep next to him. I make sure he’s safe. He doesn’t give me much back emotionally, but I’m committed. My therapist says it’s a “bonded pair” situation. I say it’s destiny.I’m looking for a forever home where I can stay with Bo, get lots of snuggles, and maybe work on my confidence (but only if Bo’s there). I’m sweet, sensitive, and just want someone who understands that love—real love—is sometimes one-sided and scruffy.Adopting us both means:- A chill senior with cool energy (Bo)- A velcro companion with a big heart (me!)- And the funniest, sweetest odd couple you’ll ever meet!Come by and introduce yourself to us today!
