My story

Meet Big Mama – a 3-year-old Catahoula/Shepherd mix with a heart as big as her name! This sweet girl has a calm, gentle nature and a charming habit of “talking” to her people. At first, we thought she was whining, but we quickly realized she just loves to communicate in her own special way. Big Mama’s journey began in Oklahoma, and just five days after arriving here, she gave birth to six adorable puppies. She was a devoted and nurturing mama, and now that her puppies are weaned and she’s been spayed, she’s ready to enjoy the best years of her life—carefree and full of love. She’s wonderful with other dogs of all sizes, does well with cats and kittens, and is great with young children. Big Mama is up to date on all vaccines, spayed, dewormed, and microchipped.
