My story

🐾 Meet Bennett! 🐾 Bennett is a 9-month-old Lab/Pointer mix with a heart as big as his goofy smile! When Bennett first came to the shelter, he had an injury to his leg and was feeling shy, anxious, and completely shut down. He desperately needed a place to decompress, and thanks to one of our amazing fosters, he got just that. Once in his foster home, Bennett blossomed almost immediately into a totally different dog! Gone was the nervous boy in the kennel – now he’s racing around the house with zoomies, playing with his foster siblings and living his best life. Bennett absolutely loves other dogs and is even great with cats. He has a happy-go-lucky spirit and is truly a silly, playful goofball. When he’s not romping around the yard, you’ll find him cuddled up on the couch or snoozing peacefully. His favorite toys are rubber chew toys – he could spend hours happily chomping away!
