He came to Doberman Underground from a shelter alongside his Doberman friend, Doli, both in desperate need of help. Hastiin was suffering from a leg injury—believed to be a shotgun wound—and we feared the worst. Amputation seemed likely.  But Hastiin is a fighter! Thanks to outstanding veterinary care and the constant love from his foster home, Hastiin not only kept his leg—he made a full recovery!  Hastiin has been working closely with a professional trainer to help build his confidence—and it’s working! He absolutely loves training sessions and going for walks. His tail wags with joy when it’s time to head out, and he’s eager to please and learn. This sweet boy gets along wonderfully with all dogs, big and small, and would love a canine companion in his forever home. But no cats or ducks, please—Hastiin has strong opinions about those! He’s also been fine with kids and has a calm, gentle presence that makes him easy to love. While he may come off shy at first, his gentle spirit shines more every day. Hastiin craves love and connection, and with the right family, he’ll continue to grow into the happy, confident dog he’s meant to be.  He’s just a great boy!
