My story

Carmelo (12 years old) Carmelo (aka Kitty) is a petite brown and black tabby with a sweet pixie face. At 12 years old, she is full of spunk and is often the first one to jump down from a perch to say hello to you. She is affectionate and loving, but she sometimes finds it difficult to muscle her way in between younger and bigger cats. After all, Carmelo’s practically kitten-sized herself! She loves her scratching post and her soft beds. All she wants is company and a warm place so that she can spend her time with you. I sometimes like to call her Miss Kitty because she reminds me of the character from the old TV western who is no-nonsense, tough, and knows a thing or two about life—but she also has a heart of gold. Could you have a sweet spot in your heart and in your home for Carmelo? She still has tons of wisdom to impart, and you could be the loving recipient of all her sweetness. July 8, 2025, 11:59 am
