My story

Max is a 17lb terrier mix with one ear that’s always on duty and one that’s permanently on vacation. He’s equal parts couch potato and walking buddy, with the cuddling skills of a weighted blanket. Food? Yes. Praise? Even better. Max loves a good walk, but also strongly believes that lounging is a sport. He’s not a big talker, but if someone dares approach your door unannounced, Max will happily serve as your personal security system. No batteries required. He’ll let you know his opinions if he’s left alone in a kennel, but might also voluntarily nap in there while you’re home just to keep things interesting. No leash pulling, no destruction, no accidents inside thus far. Max has a very specific bathroom aesthetic and politely requests gravel, pavement, or your neighbor’s landscaping rocks over grass, thank you very much.
