My story

Meet Bruce – the wise and wonderful papa-in-the-making of the squad! Named after Cliff’s dad in Bring It On, this sweet boy carries himself with a laid-back, go-with-the-flow energy that instantly puts everyone at ease. He’s calm, gentle, and totally lovable—but don’t let his mellow vibe fool you. Bruce is still full of playful puppy energy and loves exploring, romping with his siblings, and chasing after toys.Bruce is curious and affectionate, always up for a snuggle session after some fun. He has a steady, thoughtful nature that makes him feel like an old soul in a puppy’s body—ready to be your loyal sidekick and nap-time buddy.Like all young pups, Bruce will need training, structure, and consistency as he grows to help him become the best version of himself. Bruce came to us with his littermates from a rural property overrun with dogs. Rescued at just two weeks old, he was bottle-fed and treated for fleas and parasites. Now this calm and cuddly boy is ready to find a forever family to cheer on for life! He was born on May 20, 2025 and currently fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
