Meet Cassie: The Golden Cat with a Matching Heart! With her beautiful yellow coat, Cassie is just a perfect little nugget of gold . This sweet social butterfly communicates through adorable chirps, trills, and gentle meows when seeking attention or mealtime. Even while recovering from a serious infection , this resilient, loving girl was still asking for pets! Cassie balances affection and independence . She loves human company when it’s available , but she’s perfectly content to entertain herself if you’re out . She’s not much of a lap cat, but she enjoys lounging beside her people and perching on shoulders ‍‍. While she’s up there, she may even play impromptu hairdresser ‍, gently grooming your hair! This refined lady prefers sipping from her fountain —still water is just too boring for her! She would thrive in a quiet home , similar to her foster environment, and would do well with respectful children . When she needs space, Cassie politely communicates with a gentle warning nibble —her way of saying “a little me-time, please.” Cassie is confident and comfortable as a solo cat , happy to be the queen of her castle .
