My story

Atlas is a 2-year-old male who came to us as a stray in May 2025, after spending several months on the run and traveling across multiple counties. Due to his time as a stray, Atlas is still very fearful and continues to work on building his confidence and social skills each day.Because of his fearful nature, Atlas is considered a high flight risk and will require extra precautions to ensure his safety, especially during the transition to a new home. For this reason, we’re looking for an adopter who can provide a secure environment, ideally with a fenced yard, and who is committed to helping him adjust at his own pace.Atlas would do best in a quiet, low-traffic home with other calm and confident dogs who can help guide him. Most importantly, he needs a patient and understanding family willing to give him the time and space he needs to feel safe and loved.
