My story

Meet Django! 🐾 Django is a young shepherd-lab mix who’s just starting to discover the world around him. Like most puppies, he’s bursting with energy, curiosity, and a playful spirit. He’ll need a patient and loving adopter to help guide him through his puppy phase as he learns important skills like potty training and basic commands. Shepherds and Labradors are both known for being intelligent, loyal, and full of energy — and Django is already showing signs of all those amazing traits. With structure, affection, and plenty of playtime, Django will grow into a devoted and well-rounded companion. If you’re ready for the fun (and challenge!) of raising a puppy, Django is ready to be by your side. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs if you already have a dog.
