My story

***Juicy is scheduled to be available for adoption at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes, NJ -July 20, 26 & 27th . An application for her adoption can be submitted at socorescue.com (no need to register or login). Questions about Jingles and/or our adoption policy should be sent to socorescue8@gmail.com; please do not call the rescue.*** Juicy, her six siblings and their mom were all found as strays in a neighboring city. While we couldn't immediately take them in due to space limitations, we were able to get them started on their required vaccinations, de-wormings and other care thanks to a very compassionate woman who agreed to foster them until space did become available. Their mom (picture included with this profile) is a very friendly, small bulldog, weighing only 30lbs. We have no idea who the dad was, but by looking at the pups, we'd have to say he was some type of Shepherd breed.  If you could mix sweet, affectionate, playful and a bit mischievous into a pup's personality, then you'd have our Juicy. But since she's definitely one-of-a kind, you'll not find another pup just like her. She is very well socialized towards people and gets along great with other dogs, making her an ideal choice for anyone looking to add a dog to their home.  As of July 7, 2025, Juicy has received 2 of 3 of her first year "puppy" vaccines, been de-wormed at proper intervals and started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. She will require house and leash training.
