Lailah (FIV+)

Lailah is a young, gorgeous tortie (brindled coat of black and orange) with exceptional eyes.   Lailah is about as perfect a cat that you will find.  She was a perfect mother who raised two perfect kittens. After they were weaned,  she stayed at the foster family’s home for a while and joined the family cats.  As usual for perfect Lailah, she fit right in and joined the gang.  She loves being a pampered house cat, but is not demanding, she gently asks for things. She is the easiest cat and one of the most affectionate cats we have ever had and loves to give nose kisses, it is adorable.    Torties have a reputation of being a bit spicy, but not Lailah.  Lailah just wants to snuggle, get pets and lap time. Lailah is easy, you can pick her up, carry her around her and even pop her into a carrier without a fuss.  The vet’s office remarked that she was incredibly well behaved that she purred away during an inoculation.   One of her pastimes is sitting in front facing window so she can watch the birdies and wait for her people to get home.  With that said, Lailah is young and still loves to play and gets the zoomies.  She is very fast and talented with wands and other cat toys, no gentle Lailah there.   Lailah has wonderful manners, she always uses her litter box, scratches her nails on a scratching post, is an easy eater and never seems to get too worked up about food.  The priority for Lailah is love and affection.  Leilah is FIV + but requires no medication and has been easy and healthy.   If you would like to meet Lailah, please visit the following link to fill out an application.  https://www.kingstreetcats.org/info/adoption Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. August 14, 2025, 9:59 pm
