My story

Dundee’s story starts on a scorching 100+ degree day when he was found wandering the neighborhood; matted, overheated, and with burned paws. A nice person opened their car door, and he hopped right in. Since then, Dundee has shown just how gentle and resilient he truly is. This sweet boy is estimated to be around 6 years old and is adjusting to life indoors, which seems to be a brand-new experience for him. He’s learning about toys, cuddles, and the comfort of a cozy home. He gets along wonderfully with the two kittens in his foster home and has shown zero signs of aggression. For what appears to be a purebred Mini Australian Shepherd (unconfirmed), he has an impressively mild and easygoing temperament. However, he hasn't yet been exposed to other dogs, so we don't know how he feels about them yet. Dundee is still learning to navigate the outside world and isn’t yet leash trained. He’s not the biggest fan of going outside just yet, but he’s making progress every day. He can be left alone for up to 6 hours uncrated and does great on his own. Dundee is ready for a fresh start. Dundee's $300 adoption fee includes a microchip, vaccinations, and neuter surgery.
