Rollo

My story

Rollo is a 4 year old pure bred miniature poodle and weighs 17 lbs.  Rollo needs room to run. A family who is home mostly and understands a smart dog, who will laugh at his antics instead of becoming upset or frustrated. He is interested in everything and is bored easily. Wants to be loved loved loved. Mostly, Rollo will take his turn for puppy affection but might block other dogs. He needs a playmate. One who is dominant or, at least confident enough to play with him. Outside, he will run hard and run over the other dog. His doggie friend rolls with it and goes after him which he loves.  His other dominant doggie friend won’t let him get away with it, as she is Queen. Rollo loves his foster mom and will lay on top of her when she tries to leave the bed, wanting her to “love him up”.   He will gently grab her hand in his mouth as she walks for attention. Rollo plays with his beds like they’re toys. He loves toys, big small all of them. He’s great with cats and he was wonderful at a festival letting kids of all ages pet him gently then laying down when no one was around. Rollo is an ideal dog but he is active and seeks out entertainment when it’s not offered. He plays with his toys on his own. As a previous mill pup, Rollo will not go into a crate willingly. But will quietly sleep in bed as long as he can. He plays ball with or without any help … we could go on. We love him. Rollo is an affectionate clown.
