My story

This happy go lucky fellow is Coda. He was on an adventure when spotted and arrived to the shelter on 6/26. He has a micro-chip but sadly his family did not come for him. Coda is 9 years young and weighs in at 70 pounds. He is a big teddy bear who knows to sit, stay, shake and lay down when asked. He likes his fun too and is very playful. He does have some fur loss and the staff is aware. This mature fellow has a lot of love left to give to a new family. Would you give Coda a chance at happily ever after in his golden years? Ask for ID#11469 Run 853. He will not be neutered at the shelter due to his age. He has a micro-chip and has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
