My story

🐶Meet Joey, a playful and affectionate 4-year-old sweetheart looking for his forever home! This 40-pound fun boy is the perfect blend of brains and energy—he’s smart, obedient, and always up for an adventure. He loves to learn and thrives with structure and knowing what is expected - and he is treat motivated, so a joy to work with. Joey loves his daily walks, romps in the yard, and especially belly rubs! He’s working on his leash-walking skills (he is enthusiastic about everything), knows all his basic commands and is good with kids and other friendly dogs (females especially). And so far has shown no interest in cats. Whether he's exploring the outdoors or cuddling on the couch, Joey brings joy and love wherever he goes. Joey was adopted from us as a baby and unfortunately his family’s new human baby is allergic to dogs - so Joey is back with us, ready to meet you and so excited to start his next chapter! Joey is neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. The adoption fee for this dog is $425 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter. Petconnect Rescue cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and the general appearance of the animal at the time they enter our system.
