SWIFT (bonded with Pearl)

My story

Swift is a friendly girl who overcame being a stray in the Northern Communities of Manitoba, giving birth to 5 kittens all while enduring a large neck wound which required surgery. Swift is bonded with her adorable baby Pearl, so the two must be adopted together. This well-mannered girl exudes an air of confidence and charm in everything she does and with everyone she meets. Ever the hospitality queen, Swift believes that every guest should be greeted with warmth… and maybe a shared snack (hint: Temptations are her favorite)! Swift is perfectly at ease around folks of all ages and has reacted to other cats and dogs with ease. Pearl has not been tested with dogs.Once you’ve earned your way into Swift’s social circle, expect her to sit sweetly by your side, curl up cozily nearby, and even rest gently in your arms for short snuggle sessions. At night, Swift will daintily settle at the foot of the bed, or stretch out like royalty next to you. You can also find her resting atop her throne - the highest perch of the cat tree. A refined lady through and through, she appreciates a tidy powder room. She’s too polite to complain…but she will gently relocate her business to a more suitable spot if things aren’t up to par. Think of her as a gracious hostess with impeccable standards. But don’t be fooled by her ladylike poise - when the mood strikes, Swift will chase her favorite cat dancer and other wand toys, especially when some catnip is involved.The apple does not fall far from the tree when it comes to her baby, Pearl! Lovingly nicknamed “PURRL” by her fosters, Pearl will purr on contact when picked up or pet! Miss Pearl is a spirited little darling who brings energy wherever she goes, zipping around chasing springs, balls, and mice, as well as playfighting with her Mama and her kickaroo toys. She`s still working on her manners - like not climbing up the curtains or up her humans for kisses - but her enthusiasm is just as charming as her purrs. Despite all her hijinks, Pearl is as sweet as they come. She adores being picked up and held, and she will show you all the love in the world.
