My story

READ CAREFULLY ~ THE BIOGRAPHY IS FOR BOTH CHICHI AND COCOA Chichi and Coco were born September 1, 2018 and are Russian Blue bonded sisters. These precious girls are extremely similar in appearance and behavior. The only way to tell them apart is by collar. Chichi currently wears the pink collar. Coco can wear a plain collar but does NOT like the bell attachment, so we just leave her collarless. Both girls are extremely food motivated and will “steal” each other’s treats if too close together! They enjoy a bit of catnip now and again as well. They love having scratching posts and condos so they won’t bother any furniture. Chichi and Cocoa will acclimate by coming to you if you are still. As soon as they venture out, they will want to lay in your lap or chest but it has to be on their terms. They do not hiss or bite. Coco is most affectionate; laying at your head and “holding” your hand. The girls will play with toys for hours. They like to carry the toy in their mouth and make meowing noises as if they have caught dinner and are very proud to share it. Other than those meowing noises, both girls are very quiet. Between 10pm and midnight, they are most active. They also enjoy “hunting” lizards on the screened patio. They will let you know they wish to go out onto the patio by staring or pawing at the door but do not stay in the heat for very long until they want to be back inside where it’s safe and cool. NEVER allow them to roam outside of the house or patio. They are strictly inside house cats. During the daytime, the girls will find a cozy spot (usually on the bed or chair) and take a nap. They are very easy to care for and never cause any trouble. Chichi and Coco are bonded sisters. They have only known life together and will remain together. They have not been exposed to life around children so it’s recommended they go to a home with adults only unless the children are an an appropriate age where they have learned gentleness and compassion. They deserve a loving, quiet, home with humans who believe their lives matter as much as their own. Adopt Chichi and Cocoa TODAY! Visit kittiecorral.org for more kitties!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cocoa, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
