My story

Say hello to Magnolia! This sweet stray was picked up and has come a long way. She's gained confidence with every moment in foster--and she's ready to get adopted! Mags can be a little shy and is weary of being approached from above. However, once she feels comfortable coming to you--you better be ready for snuggles and love at 150mph. She follows her foster parents around, prefers to be touching at all times, and absolutely adores a cuddle in bed. She's been very good with cats and other dogs. However, she is likely a high energy mix and will need another dog in the home to assist with confidence building and her energy. While a backyard is preferred, as long as her future forever home is committed to her energy needs & the fact that she loves to bark--she will thrive. (If you live in a apartment, you will need to work from home--as her barking will get your evicted.) Mags doesn't have experience with children but would be okay in a home with kids, as long as everyone has good boundaries and experience with working breeds like German Shepard's or Belgian Malinois. Mags will need training and given her age, she's got sharp shark teeth and she loves to bite! But she's very, very intelligent and eager to learn. She is motivated by food and praise! Mags adores water--in all forms and is a near perfect adventure dog. If you're looking for a canine companion to explore every side-quest, Mags is your girl. Magnolia's adoption fee is $250.
