My story

Juniper is a bright, adventurous little kitten with a soft meow, an even softer heart, and a playful spirit that lights up any room. She loves to be held, cuddled, and pet, and she gets along beautifully with other cats in her foster home. Whether she’s chasing toys, climbing to new heights, or curling up next to her foster humans, Juniper is the perfect blend of sweet and spunky. One of Juniper’s most charming quirks? She’s already a tiny traveler! This fearless kitten accompanied her fosters on a road trip to Yosemite National Park, where she took in new sights, smells, and experiences like a pro. Inspired by the beautiful Juniper trees found throughout the park, her fosters gave her a name as unique and resilient as she is. Juniper’s story began in a small shopping center in La Puente, where she lived with her mother and two siblings. Local shop employees fed the little family, but it was a caring shopper and previous adopter from our rescue who noticed the kittens were sick and sprang into action. Despite repeated efforts to save the litter, only Juniper survived. She showed incredible strength and spirit from the very beginning, and she’s now thriving in a loving foster home. Juniper is currently only available for pre-adoption and will be ready to go to her forever home after 07/31/2025, once she has been spayed.
