My story

Meet Harper — the tiniest warrior with the biggest heart! When Harper first arrived at the shelter, she was in rough shape—emaciated, frail, and too weak to even stand. But her story didn’t end there. Her foster mom saw something special in her and gave her the love, care, and nutrition she desperately needed. And Harper? She ran with it—literally! Now this little survivor is spunky, strong, and full of life. She’s incredibly smart and playful, holding her own with the big dogs in her foster home and even making fast friends with the resident ferret! Harper adores children, charms every adult she meets, and greets new friends like she’s known them forever. Bold, brave, and endlessly sweet, Harper loves to cuddle in laps, and she rocks a tiny sweater like a runway model. She may be small, but her personality is larger than life—and we believe she’ll stay petite, making her the perfect pocket-sized adventure buddy or snuggle companion.
