My story

Great news! My adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me and wants me to find a great home.Here's what you need to know about me:I'd like a relaxed home. I wouldn't say I'm "old"... I've just been around for a while. And that's made me appreciate the finer things in life like naps in the sun, looking out windows, and the special joy when you're able to scratch juuuuust the right spot. I like to take it easy at home - I'm not up for lots of activity.I need a home with minimal stairs - My foster parents often help me stand up with a lifting harness, and stairs are very difficult for me. I'd thrive in a single-level home, or somewhere I can stay comfortably on the main floor without having to navigate steps. Because I need some help standing up and laying down, I need someone with the strength to help lift me. Right now, I wear a harness that makes it easier for my humans to help me move around - and I'm very patient about it! My foster family reports I am potty-trained & crate trained. Plus, I really like the dog & cat in the home.It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.
