My story

Janie’s journey hasn’t been easy, but her heart is as big as her courage! Rescued from a dirt patch in the Central Valley, Janie was bravely fending for herself and her three newborn puppies when she was found. Despite the challenges she’s faced, she’s proven to be a loving and gentle soul, ready to find a family of her own. Janie is sweet, affectionate, and loves being around people. She’s a little nervous at first, understandably, but with a little patience and understanding, she’s sure to become your loyal companion. She’s currently in foster care, where she’s taking care of her adorable pups, and she’ll stay with them until they are old enough for adoption in mid-August. But don’t worry – she’s also available for adoption once they’re ready! Janie is a true gem. She’s the kind of dog who will bond deeply with her forever family and bring warmth and joy into your home. Whether you’re looking for a snuggly friend to relax with or a playful partner for adventures, Janie is eager to be by your side.
