My story

Hi there, I’m Venus. I was a mama once — and I did a really good job raising my babies. They’ve all gone off to their forever homes now, and while I’m so proud of them, I can’t help but wonder… is there a forever home out there for me too? I’m a little shy and can be nervous in new situations, but I promise there’s a gentle heart behind my quiet eyes. I just need someone patient and kind who will give me the time to feel safe, to learn that love isn’t scary, and that home is more than just a place — it’s a feeling. Once I trust you, I’ll show you the softest sides of me — like how I’ll curl up near you, blink slowly when I’m content, or gently purr when you speak to me in that calm voice. I may not be the boldest cat in the room, but I have a world of love to give — I just need someone to give me that chance. Could that someone be you?
