My story

Meet Elio: A Quiet Soul with Sky-Blue EyesElio is a beautiful Siberian Husky with striking blue eyes and a heart that's been through more than it should have. At 3 years old, he's shy and reserved but quietly curious, especially about the turkeys that wander near the shelter!This sweet boy walks nicely on a leash and appears to be potty trained. He's calm and well-mannered, but it's important to know that Elio has very sensitive ears, both to sound and touch. His future family will need to be mindful of this and respect his comfort zones, especially during petting or grooming.Elio isn't asking for much, just a simple life filled with gentle loveâ&#194&#128&#194&#148two tasty meals a day, some treats, a comfy bed, quiet walks, and a yard where he can stretch his legs. He needs a patient, understanding family who will give him time to come out of his shell and let his sweet personality shine.If you're ready to offer love, space, and a quiet home, Elio is ready to start his next chapter, one filled with trust, care, and companionship. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
