Meet Phinneas🐕 Phinneas is a big happy cloud who is looking to float into your life and rain joy and love into your home. This big boy has a big heart, you can see it in his soulful brown eyes. Phinneas would be happy to go home with his brother, Ferb, or on his own. Patrolling a yard can be a team activity, he is dog friendly and would do well being introduced into your pack. He walks well on a leash, so having him come along with you would be a walk in the park, literally!
