Kai is 3 years old and weighs 35 pounds. He's an energetic boy that gets along well with other dogs and seems to be housebroken. To find more information on him, please email animalcontrol@lowellarkansas.gov. If you're interested in meeting him, stop by the Lowell Animal Shelter Wednesday through Friday from 11am to 6pm, Saturday 11am to 4pm, or Sunday from 12pm to 4pm!
