My story

Howdy from Texas! My name is Wilma, and I am a pretty little 3-year-old Chihuahua mix, weighing 15 lbs. I was saved from euthanasia at a San Antonio Animal Shelter when 4 Little Paws picked me up and sent me to a foster home so I could relax from that scary ordeal. My foster mom wants you to know that I am a very sweet and loving girl who is shy at first, but it only took me a day to unwind and feel happy. Once I do, I’m playful and friendly and will have some fun running and wrestling with my doggy friends… unless I see you relaxing nearby… then I would much rather be snuggled beside you for pets and kisses!! Yes, I am more interested in people than other dogs or even playtime! I am a very affectionate girl, and I am well-behaved in a home. I am fully housebroken, and I’m not into barking, so I just don't do it. I enjoy walks to the park, and I don't mind a road trip, and I’m looking forward to getting this show on the road and being someone's forever dog! I hear the Eastern Seaboard is the place to be, so inquire about me today! * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.
