Scarlett

My story

Scarlett is apx 7.5 years old, 11.8 pounds and a bit overweight. We are looking for a chihuahua person that knows the ways of the chi. Scarlett is a bit shy with new people but great with dogs , does not like kids. She has a scar on her face that I was told was from a dog attacking her when she was a baby. She is a bit nippy when she is scared and has some stranger danger but she wants to be a good girl, she wants love , she is just scared and all this is new. She needs a home with a fenced in yard, social dogs, and a patient human willing to let her warm up in her own time. She will need someone able to corner her and pick her up with a towel, squat down etc, seeing as she does try to run from you if she does not know you and is very skittish. She will come around, she just needs her second chance. Approved adopters please send your hold requests to the email you were given.
