My story

Location: Arnold, MD

Say hello to June - a serene and soulful beauty with soft grey tuxedo markings and a thoughtful gaze that always seems to be taking everything in. June is a quiet observer who loves a calm environment and gentle affection. She’s not the type to demand your attention, but once she settles in, she truly enjoys being petted and will accept your love with grace and quiet appreciation.

She and her co-mama Justine, have raised their babies and are now loving their single life! They are both ready to shine in a home of their own! Both are quiet and love to be petted— even though they won’t come looking for it, and they can be picked up easily— if you must. They have been around dogs and other cats. While they can be a bit wary of the dogs, they are still curious about them, and are sweet around other pets. Though they are not a bonded pair, they are besties. They love to follow each other around and they enjoy each other’s company. June is an easy companion, happy to spend her days lounging in cozy spots, watching the world go by.

 Personality:
 - Calm, quiet, and observant
 - Shy but very tolerant of pets and being picked up
 - Affectionate in a quiet, reserved way
- Enjoys peaceful routines and light play
 - A sweet soul who just needs time to shine

 Companionship & Compatibility:
 - Gets along beautifully with other cats
 - Has not yet been tested with young children
- Would likely adapt to new friends slowly and gently

Habits:
 - Litter box trained
 - Content when left alone
 - Loves lounging and light activity

Included Veterinary Care:
 - Microchipped
 - Flea/Tick Preventative
 - Dewormer
- Rabies & FVRCP Vaccine
- Spayed

 Perfect Home Preparation:
Your home should be equipped with:
 - Litter and litter box
 - Soft & cozy bedding
- Cat carrier for gentle travel
- High-quality food (wet and dry)
 - Food and water bowls
 - Cat Toys
- Scheduled vet appointment within two weeks June is ready for her very own forever-family! Is that with you? Click "apply for adoption" to get your family started!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt June (June's Babies Mom), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
