My story

**Adoption visits are by appointment only** If you see an animal you`re interested in, fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website https://everettwa.gov/161/Adopt-a-PetWave and her siblings were dumped and left to fend for themselves. They were very shy on arrival but are gaining confidence and learning new skills everyday. Adopters must be committed to their continued training and socialization to help them be their best selves. Wave currently weighs 45 pounds.Wandering Rover report: She is incredibly well behaved for a pup. Our walks with her on-leash were effortless. She walked at my pace and stayed right at my hip the whole time. Wave likes to stop and observe her surrounding during walks and sometimes needs encouragement to keep going. I assume this is just due to experiencing a new environment. She was friendly with everyone she met. She does great on car rides and remains calm. Wave is very food-motivated and enjoys playing with chew toys. I absolutely loved my time with her. She’s the full package. Wave is your playful, super sweet pup with an easy-going personality. She’ll be a perfect family addition.Another Rover said, `Wave really loved being outdoors and was quite fond of car rides. She did really well when I needed to correct her and she thrived on positive reinforcement. I think she will break out of her shell in no time once she`s in her forever home. She`s such a sweet dog!`

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Wave, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
