My story

Meet Shasta! This sweet boy is still learning how the world works and building his confidence. He's made great progress in his time here and he's sure to continue on that path with a dedicated adopter to continue the work. He did not have exposure to the outside world during his critical socialization period so he needs someone who will be patient and willing to help him learn to relax and navigate the world. Currently, he can be fearful of new people and environments and is still learning how to walk on a leash. He is part of our Best Paw Forward Program which provides 3 private behavior sessions with a member of our Behavior, Training, & Enrichment team at no additional cost.
