My story

Josephine – 1 year and 3 months old, a beautiful white female Husky. She is spayed and fully vaccinated. This sweet girl was rescued from a shelter just before she was scheduled to be euthanized. She gets along well with one of the cats of her foster family, but we wouldn’t recommend a home with cats. She does great with other dogs and is very playful—she loves her toys! Josephine is still in need of some training and tends to be shy around men. She clearly prefers women—especially those with a gentle, soft-spoken demeanor. Loud voices or harsh tones make her anxious. I suspect she may have been mistreated by a man in the past. She’s afraid of elevators and stairs. That said, she’s very well-behaved at home: no chewing, no destruction, and she walks nicely on a leash. She knows how to sit, doesn’t guard her food, and shows no aggression. She’s also house-trained. Looking for a loving forever home. Contact: Julie 626-255-0818 or WeChat: J6262550818

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Josephine, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
