My story

7/14 Update: Phillip Hamilton continues to amaze us. He won over our two - sometimes grumpy - resident dogs (see new photos) and cat. He's gentle yet playful. He loves people and loves to cuddle. He's a 'take anywhere' kind of pup. He likes to hang out in the backyard and seems to have learned the boundaries as he doesn't wonder far. He likes his crate but does not love it when he's left alone - he does settle down after a bit of complaining. He eats well and knows to sit before he is served. Also adding 'place', 'shake', and 'lay down' to his growing list of learned commands. 7/9 Update: Phillip Hamilton is settling in nicely. He is respecful of our resident two dogs and elderly cat. He has less of that annoying-little-brother personality than I've seen in other foster pups. He rides great in a car... lays in the back and sleeps. He's got the best gentle demeanor and seems to understand what No means. He knows sit and come and is eager to learn more. We are working through the puppy nips but they are definitely on the milder side. Sign up for a Meet & Greet soon... I don't think he will be in foster very long. We are around all weekend! We have had Phillip Hamilton for a week and he has been a dream. He has a gentle disposition and is a quick learner... and get this - he's POTTY TRAINED! I will go on... he is crate trained, sleeps through the night, and is great on a leash. We have taken him to outdoor parties and a winery and  he hasn't met a dog or human he doesn't love!  He is a good mix of puppy energy and chill. He loves dog toys and puppy chews. He's not a big treat lover but seems to be motivated by pleasing his people. I can't say enough about this one... you have to meet him!
