Valentina and Lime

My story

With a name like Valentina and Lime, you know this little lady has some spice, but don’t let the name fool you. This adorable female kitten is all purrs, playtime and cuddles. She came to us as part of a stray litter picked up through a Trap, Neuter & Release (TNR) program, along with her siblings Sour Cream and Onion and Salt and Vinegar and their wonderful mama, Lay’s. It didn’t take long to realize that this family was way too tame and affectionate for life on the streets. So, instead of being released, they’re now looking for loving forever homes and Valentina and Lime is leading the charge with her bold spirit and bright eyes. Since arriving, she’s been treated for a common upper respiratory infection and ear mites—nothing unusual for a kitten from the outdoors—and she’s now healthy, happy and full of energy (and maybe a little lime zest). What to Expect from Valentina and Lime: * Classic kitten energy: running, climbing, pouncing, and the occasional nap attack * Sweet and social personality with a love of human attention * Curiosity that can’t be contained and affection that melts hearts While she doesn’t have to be adopted with her mom or siblings, we want potential adopters to know about their relationship. If you're thinking of welcoming two feline friends into your home, this family has a few sweet combos worth considering! Adopt Valentina and Lime and add a little flavor to your life. You won’t regret it! The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times.
