My story

Meet Lily – Your Smart, Spunky Shadow! This gorgeous 10-week-old black German Shepherd (possibly Malinois mix) is the total package: brains, beauty, and boundless energy! Weighing in around 10 pounds now, Lily is on track to be a medium-sized adult (approximately 40–60 pounds) and is already showing off her clever, confident personality. Lily is whip-smart, spirited, and full of life—always ready to learn, explore, and, of course, snuggle. She’s incredibly affectionate and thrives on both physical activity and mental challenges. Puzzle toys? Yes please. Training games? Count her in. She’s looking for an experienced, active home that understands the needs of working breeds and can offer structure, stimulation, and plenty of play. Her ideal forever family will be homeowners with a yard, and preferably another playful, well-balanced dog to show her the ropes and help keep her in line as she grows. Lily came to us from a local shelter alongside her sister, and she’s already been spayed and is well on her way through her puppy vaccine series. Once she’s fully vaccinated, she’ll be ready to head out for walks, hikes, and formal training—which we highly encourage for a girl this smart! We do keep applications on file for 90days in case the dog you apply for it already adopted or not the right fit simply email us to forward your application on to another dog of interest. Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. No meet and greet can happen until application is completed. Our Commitment to Our Dogs Every dog in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, including: • Spay/Neuter surgery • Microchipping • DHPP vaccination • Flea treatment and deworming • Rabies vaccination • Any additional vet care as needed The adoption fee for this dog is $300 serving as a non-refundable donation to help cover vetting, transport, and care costs. Adoption fees may vary based on specific dog and needs.
