Meet Jubilee –Pure resilience and utterly the most precious wrinkles on this planet! Her rescue story: Jubilee’s story touched over 30k people on social media — a sweet English Bulldog kept in a backyard for two years, grieving the loss of her only companion. She was overlooked, ignored, and left without basic care… until the Freedom Squad stepped in. And despite everything, Jubilee holds no grudges. She is the very definition of grace and gratitude. From the moment she arrived, it was clear this girl had something special — an aura that can only be described as peaceful joy. She squirms with excitement when you walk by, and even when gently corrected, she wiggles like she’s just happy to be seen. Jubilee doesn’t need much — just love, consistency, and someone to show her the world she’s been missing. Social life: Socially she’s got it!! Loves to flutter around sniffing butts and getting pets from any and every one, but she’s still learning the ropes on social etiquette. Her doggy communication skills are catching up after years of isolation, but she’s picking things up fast — especially for a bulldog. She gets along beautifully with all her foster siblings, fur and human. She’s not one to engage in drama; in fact, she turns away from conflict and moves on with her day. Jubilee is estimated at 2.5 years old and 48 pounds. She’s crate trained, hasn’t had a single accident, and thrives on her daily routine. Her meals are scheduled for 5:30am and 4:00pm as we work on helping her gain healthy weight. She’s learning not to jump up on people — it’s just her way of saying “I love you, I see you, thank you!” For that reason, we’d recommend older kids only, as she’s a sturdy girl with a lot of love to give (and no idea how big she is yet!). Daily and medical care: Jubilee is also undergoing a simple skin care routine — wrinkle cleaning, antibiotics, and regular baths (though she’s not a fan, she’s a champ about it). She is medically sound and doesn’t have any underlying issues that are of concern. Her coat is already softer, and her eyes less swollen. She loves yak bones and bully sticks — likely the first she’s ever had — and they’ve become part of her happy daily routine. Day to day: While we haven’t tested her with cats, we’re confident she’d either ignore them or befriend them. And yes — she LOVES a baby pool and will happily float with you by her side. Long walks, beach trips, kitchen hangouts, or just being near her people — Jubilee is up for all of it. From her foster mom: “If I had the space, Jubilee would never leave. She has my whole heart. There’s something about her spirit that brings me to tears. I’ve watched her transform these past few weeks — her happiness is contagious, her resilience is inspiring. She is why I do this. To the family that gets to adopt her, know this: she will be a blessing in your life. She already is in mine! I will be very picky with what family she goes to as I want To see her all the time!” Jubilee is ready for her next chapter — one filled with love, gentle guidance, bully sticks, a big dog bed, and all the adventures she’s waited her whole life to have. If you feel that pull in your heart, it might just be her calling you home. She is spay, vaccinated, and microchipped, you can apply for her at freedomfrenchierescue.org. Jubilee adoption donation fee is $1050.00.
