Lady Liberty

My story

Meet Lady Liberty, a gentle and sweet nearly 10-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound who’s was rescued from the OKC shelter. She immediately got a bath and her fosters brushed enough hair off of her to make another dog. This lovely girl is dog friendly and has a calm, affectionate nature that’s impossible not to fall in love with. She’s currently learning how to walk on a leash and is starting to really enjoy her daily strolls. Each walk brings out more of her curious and happy spirit. She is so sweet, still skittish. She will only go in two rooms in her foster's house. She has only had one accident in the house. She prefers to be inside, will go out to potty and comes right back in. Knows what treats are and loves them. Gets along with other dogs. We do not have cats or small children. Doesn't like to go in the crate but does well when it. Liberty would thrive in a loving home where she can continue to blossom, feel safe, and be adored. Apply to meet this precious soul and give her the second chance she deserves!
